An end-to-end private bar service for your home, garden or hired venue. Mobile bar built and lit on site, signature cocktails designed around your guest list, full stock, glassware, ice, garnish, uniformed bartenders, setup and pack-down.

Hosts running milestone birthdays (30th, 40th, 50th, 60th), engagement parties, anniversary dinners, christenings, big garden parties and house parties where you want the night to feel produced, not improvised.
When you need it
From drinks-on-arrival through to a late finish. We typically arrive 2 hours before guests, run service through the evening, and leave your kitchen cleaner than we found it.
Why it matters
You shouldn't spend your own party uncorking prosecco. A trained bar team keeps drinks moving, signature serves consistent, and conversations flowing, without your fridge being raided, your worktops sticky, or your guests queueing at the kitchen sink.
The cost of getting this wrong
Every host underestimates how much time the drinks take. Halfway through the night you're elbow-deep in an ice bucket trying to find the tonic while your best friend is opening another bottle of wine in the kitchen. The party works for everyone except you.

Personal Licence holders, £5m PLI, Challenge 25 trained. Your home and your guests are protected.

The detail
Private parties look small on paper. The reality is 60 guests, 4 hours of continuous service and 14 different drinks orders coming at once. Here is the detail that makes it feel effortless.
We have a template for every kind of private night.
Allow 0.7 bottles of fizz per guest for a 90-minute reception, 1 beer per beer-drinking guest, and 1 jug of low-ABV punch per 12 guests. We model this exactly for your guest count and demographic.
Two signature serves on the menu keeps service fast and consistent. We pre-batch where it makes sense (Negronis, Espresso Martinis, Old Fashioneds) so guests aren't waiting 4 minutes per drink at peak.
We arrive 2 hours before guests, build the bar in the location you've chosen (or recommend a better one), test power, chill stock, lay glassware and brief the team on your timing plan.
If you're not selling drinks (you're gifting them to invited guests) no licence is required. We bring our own Personal Licence holders for any party where alcohol is being served formally.

Yes, most of our private bookings are at private homes and gardens. We bring everything: bar, stock, glassware, refrigeration, ice and garnish. You provide the space and the guest list.
Yes, full stock packages included as standard (spirits, mixers, beers, wines, prosecco, soft drinks). You can also supply your own stock and we'll just bring the bar and team.
Rule of thumb: 1 bartender per 40 guests for cocktail service, 1 per 50 for relaxed beer-and-wine service. We'll recommend based on your guest count, format and finish time.
