What it is
A complete outdoor bar service for gardens, lawns, terraces and marquees. Mobile bar built on site, refrigeration, ice, glassware, garnish, spritz and cocktail service, uniformed barmen, setup and pack-down.
Who it's for
Hosts running summer birthdays, christenings, graduation parties, engagement drinks, anniversary lunches and end-of-season garden gatherings for 30 to 200 guests.
When you need it
Most garden parties run a 2pm to 8pm afternoon-into-evening service. We arrive two hours ahead to build, chill and test everything before your first guest walks through the gate.
Why it matters
Outdoors is harder than indoors. Warm wine, melted ice, no power, no shade and a lawn that turns into a mud bath are all avoidable with a team who plan for British weather as standard.
The cost of getting this wrong
The first hour of a garden party always works. It is hour three, when the ice has gone, the prosecco is warm and there is one extension lead powering everything, that hosts wish they had booked properly.
Our process
Fifteen minutes. Guest count, garden layout, power access, timings and the drinks you want front of house.
Bar position, shade, power draw, wet-weather fallback and guest flow mapped before we quote.
A flat-rate, itemised quote: bar, stock, ice, glassware, barmen, delivery and pack-down.
Team arrives two hours early, builds the bar, boards the ground if needed, chills stock and opens on time.
Bar removed, glassware washed, bins cleared, lawn left tidy. Unopened stock bought back at cost.
What you actually get
Proper chilled storage on site, so wine, beer and fizz stay cold from the first pour to the last.
Roughly 1kg per guest in summer heat, delivered and stored insulated so it lasts the full service.
We calculate load, bring cabling and, where needed, a silent generator so nothing trips your house.
Covered bars, gazebos and stretch tents available. British summers get planned for, not hoped about.
Aperol and Hugo spritz on arrival, draught beer and cider on tap, cocktails for the evening turn.
Boarding under heavy kit, all glass collected, bins emptied. Your garden is yours again before we go.

Garden parties are logistics disguised as leisure. This is what we plan around so the afternoon feels effortless from your side of the bar.

Outdoor daytime drinking is lighter and faster than an evening bar. Allow 0.7 bottles of fizz per guest for a 90-minute reception, two pints per beer drinker across an afternoon, and a full jug of low-ABV punch per twelve guests.
Rustic timber and pallet bars for relaxed lawns, mirrored or LED bars for evening glamour, and mobile draught bars where cold beer matters most. Every style can be dressed with florals or foliage.
We work from a single 13amp domestic socket where possible, bring our own cabling and RCDs, and board soft ground under the bar so nothing sinks or scars the lawn.
Drinks gifted to invited guests need no licence. If you are selling drinks, a Temporary Event Notice is required and we can apply on your behalf for £50.

We plan a wet-weather fallback with you at the site-plan stage. Covered bars, gazebos and stretch tents can all be added to your booking.
No. Heavy kit sits on boarding, and we route trolleys along hard standing wherever possible. We check the lawn with you before we leave.
